Lucy Collins is a lecturer in English Literature at University College Dublin. Educated at Trinity College Dublin and at Harvard University, where she spent a year as a Fulbright Scholar, she teaches and researches in the area of 20th century poetry and poetics. She has been published widely and is currently completing a monograph on Irish women poets. Recent publications include Poetry by Women in Ireland: A Critical Anthology 1870–1970 and a co-edited collection of essays, Aberration in Modern Poetry.
